HighStone supports the definition of Stock Materials records and the recording of the use or Allocation of these Materials against Works Orders. The Costs of Stock Usage can be tracked, in addition to current Stock Levels across the Depots on the Network. The following are the key elements applied in HighStone.
Stock Materials are divided into major Groups such as Lighting, Barriers, Electrical, Building Materials etc.
Each Materials Group may be divided in to sub-classifications to aid the organisation and use of Materials records.
The Unit Cost of each Materials Item is logged, with changes in Unit Costs being entered.
Stocking Levels at Network Depots are maintained, along with Re-Order Trigger Levels and Re-Order Quantities.
Materials are Allocated to Works Orders to collate Costs against Works Orders.
The Stock Materials Definition panel is accessed from the HighStone Menus.
